1. Payment options

2. Card Security Code
We ask for the security code (CVC number) from your payment card to prevent the fraudulent use of your account. This is printed on your card but is not embossed or in the magnetic strip, so only the person in possession of the card should know the code.
3. Making your payment
When you are ready to proceed to the Checkout, follow the steps given, so that we can confirm all your details, including payment authorization. We will then acknowledge your order by email.

How safe are my details?
We use the latest security technology to encrypt all personal information which you submit through our site, including card numbers, address and other information. We encrypt this information using SSL technology which allows it to be transmitted securely over the Internet without anyone else having access to it.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
1. Delivery addresses covered by us
We deliver to you where you live or work. An exception is however is whenever we cannot deliver to you due to conditions which are not under our control or because you live where our forwarder does can og will not deliver
2. Delivery and charges
We will deliver your order by parcel courier. Our Checkout system automatically calculates your delivery charge as follows, and displays this information for you.
3. Parcel courier delivery
The charges are £ 8 for an order value below £ 100.
Orders with a value above £ 100 will be shipped free of charge.
4. Access to the delivery adress
To ensure the smooth delivery of your order, we must draw your attention to the following points that we need to know about your address. Please take time to read this short guide and contact us if you feel our trucks may have some problems delivering to your door. Don't worry; we will always find a way, but we do need to know in advance!
5. Delivery dates
Our aim is to pack your order maximum 2 working days after receipt and to ship your order maximum 3 working days after receipt.
6. How to track your delivery
After we have shipped your order to you, you will receive an e-mail from us from where you can track and trace your shipment until arrival at the address informed by you.
7. On delivery day
Please be there to verify the content and condition of your order, and to sign for your goods. Alternatively, you can appoint another adult whose instructions you are happy for us to follow. All courier deliveries are to the address point of entry only.
8. Undeliverable goods
If we can not deliver because you're out, or because access is too difficult, we may charge for storage and redelivery. You can either accept to pay, or opt to cancel your order, at which point we would refund your purchases, but not your original delivery fee. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
1. Cancelling made to order goods
These cannot be cancelled or returned once we have accepted your order when you receive your Delivery Advice email. Once delivered, you can only return them if they are not of satisfactory quality or reasonably fit for their intended purpose.
2. Cancelling off-the-shelf goods
For all cancellations and returns, you must contact us with full details, including your order number contained in your Order Acknowledgement email. Click on Contact us.
You can cancel an order at any time before delivery, and receive a full refund for the goods ordered. Your delivery charge will only be refunded if you cancel at least 48 hours before your allocated delivery time.
3. Returning your goods to us
If you have already taken delivery, you can arrange to return goods within 14 days for a refund on the goods
We will make a full refund for goods still in their unopened packaging. For packages which have been opened, and for goods which you have assembled, we reserve the right to refund the price less 30%. Your delivery charge will not be refunded
You can return to our address or you can take them along with your Order Acknowledgement email, payment confirmation (if applicable) and the payment card you used.
Alternatively, you can ask us to collect from you. To do this, click on Contact us We may charge you a collection fee. For goods still packaged and in perfect condition, this fee would be the same again as our original delivery charge. For goods you have opened or assembled, the fee could be higher.
4. Refunding your money
Refunds are made to the payment card you used. They will include the cost of goods and delivery charges, after any relevant deductions as outlined. For full details, click on Returns Policy
